NEW RAV4 made TUFF!

The fourth generation RAV4 has fallen into the arms of an eager market and TUFF Bullbars Australia has been enthusiastically designing a new TUFFBar range to protect this smart new SUV.

TUFF Bullbars Australia has responded to the market, preparing a range of modernised TUFFbars to care for your vehicle and those inside it.
Anton Griffiths, Managing Director of TUFF Bullbars Australia is excited about the possibilities that may come from having a specifically designed bar for the new RAV4.
“I am very proud that we are the first in the market to offer this top quality range of protection for the new RAV4,” he said.
TUFF’s specially designed bullbar mounts are independently tested, and are fitted to the rugged bumper section, providing a solid foundation for this air bag compliant frontal protection.
Meeting all Australian Design Rules, TUFF Bullbars will not affect your new car warranty. Insurers even know that there are fewer claims involving protected vehicles.
TUFF alloy bull bars utilise only high grade materials of heavier gauge than competition products. The extruded bumper section alone, boasts an impressive 8mm wall thickness!
The alloy advantage is in a high strength-to-weight ratio greater than that of other metals resulting in a very strong product that doesn’t add too much weight to your vehicle.
Called the “TUFF Aerostyle,” these photos show our highly polished option. For your comfort and safety, the inner bar surface is strategically coated with non-reflective matt paint. Our powder coated colours are also a popular option for those who like a long lasting durable finish that is practically maintenance free.
The ‘TUFF Aerostyle’ bar is ideal for those who want style and safety for those trips outside the city into areas requiring good protection from animal strikes.

$22,000 donated to the Royal Flying Doctors.
Bull bar safety survey supports Royal Flying Doctor Service
The Australian 4WD Industry Council has presented a $22,000 donation to the Royal Flying Doctor Service on behalf of 42,600 people who responded to a national road safety survey.
Thank you to all of our Tuff Bullbars customers that responded to the survey. The results showed that bull bars and nudge bars are vital to Australian vehicle and occupant safety, particularly in regional, rural and remote areas.

Bullbars will NOT be banned!
The TUFF Team are very pleased to advise that the Federal Government has withdrawn its plan to ban bullbars (see media release below). We would like to thank all of our customers and supporters for the feedback and support that they have given- essentially the backlash from the concerned public (individuals & stakeholders) has resulted in common sense prevailing. We look forward to putting all our attention back on doing what we do best- manufacturing a fantastic product and delivering exceptional customer service.
